This family is among the 40 most deserving families receiving monthly financial assistance from the Hamza Baig Welfare Society.

For several years, the society has been supporting a mother and her two young children, both of whom live with disabilities. During this journey, the society also helped clear a debt of approximately PKR 600,000 and provided continued financial assistance. In the middle photograph, their mother can be seen receiving a cheque.

The mother was always deeply concerned about what would happen to her children after she was gone. She often wondered, “Who will take care of my children when I am no longer here?” Sadly, a few days ago, she returned to her Creator.

Today, her children are being looked after by their sister, who herself faces significant challenges. She has two visually impaired daughters, while her husband works at a restaurant and experiences difficulty seeing at night.

The Hamza Baig Welfare Society cannot erase all their hardships, but it can help make their difficult days a little easier. To provide immediate relief, the society supplied wheelchairs, diapers, food rations, and financial assistance worth nearly PKR 200,000.
