Besides the densely populated area around it, thousands of people including students pass through this Chowk near APWA School where, By the grace of Allah, Hamza Baig Welfare Society provided the facility of clean drinking water as charity(Sadqa e Jaaria) in the best possible way by installing a water filtration plant in the chowk. Dr. Shahid Tanveer, Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Malik, Malik Liaqat and volunteers of Hamza Baig Welfare Society participated in the inauguration.
About 30,000 people are benefiting daily from the filter plants installed by Hamza Baig Welfare Society.
Hamza Baig Welfare Society will not only install water filtration plant as charity on behalf of your loved one in the most deserving place but it will also take care of it regularly.
May Allah Almighty accept this charity (Sadqa-e-Jaaria) in favour of the entire Ummat-e-Muhaamadi (SAW). Ameen
The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever gives a Muslim a sip of water where water is common, it is as if he has freed a slave, and whoever gives a Muslim a sip of water where there is no water, he gave him life. (Ibn Majah, vol. 3, p. 177, Hadith: 2474)
