Providing quality drinking water is an expensive but feasible process, but maintaining its quality and consistency is another difficult process that takes time and costs. Hamza Baig Welfare Society completed the installation of two more new RO plants last year. Approximately 150,000 people are benefiting from the ongoing charity through the quality water supply projects of Hamza Baig Welfare Society every day. God willing, the supply of quality water to the public will continue during the holy month of Ramadan as well.
During this past year, an expenditure of Rs. 550,000 was incurred on the maintenance of filter plants, RO plants and cold water chillers installed by Hamza Baig Welfare Society, so that quality water is available to the creatures of Allah on a timely and continuous basis.
God willing, Hamza Baig Welfare Society is trying to expand the scope of Sadaqah Jariyah provision next year as well so that diseases caused by contaminated water can be prevented as much as possible.
