In general, and especially in foggy weather, backlighting prevents dangerous accidents. But a tractor-trolley is a slow-moving, dangerous vehicle with no safety measures behind it, which often leads to fatal accidents.
Most of the tractor trolley drivers do not even have driving licenses. To protect precious lives and property, Rescue 1122 Jhelum and Hamza Baig Welfare Society affixed reflectors on such tractor trolleys and other vehicles on the first day. Drivers were given practical information. Hamza Baig Welfare Society appeals to the government and the public to ensure such safety measures.
