Today on Ashura Day, Hamza Baig Welfare Society’s Fa Sabilullah Ambulance Service and Volunteers and Rescue 1122 provided first aid to hundreds of people.
The ambulance service of the society brought the serious patients to the district headquarters hospital in time.
In the command, control room and field, during this time, Deputy Commissioner Jhelum Syeda Ramla Ali and District Police Officer Jhelum Nasir Mehmood Bajwa were monitoring. All the departments and people of the district administration provided excellent services and exemplary discipline day and night. The senior officials of the mourning procession thanked Deputy Commissioner Jhelum Syeda Ramla Ali and DPO Jhelum Nasir Mehmood Bajwa individually for the security arrangements and other related arrangements. Special mention was also made to the volunteers of Civil Defense Organization for their continuous selfless and excellent services and words of appreciation.
Additional Chief Warden Civil Defense Organization Taseeb Baig went to the duty points along with the heads of all the concerned district departments and expressed special thanks to the Controller Civil Defense Deputy Commissioner Jhelum Syeda Ramla Ali K. B. Half for their excellent services.
